JOB OPENING(S) MAINTENANCE & ELECTRICAL (M&E) DEPARTMENT (1) Building Supervisor
Job Scope: - Responsible & supervise daily building operational matters & contractors’ work including cleaning, security and landscaping etc.
- Handle tenant/ occupier fitting-out works Pre-requisites: - Diploma in Building, Property Management or related discipline with relevant experience in Shopping & Residential Complex (preferably in managing Strata Title properties)
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building supervisory role on building services & maintenance contracts
- Independent, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Those without necessary qualifications but possess the above-experience may apply
