*COMING SOON... UPGRADING of Lucky Plaza carparks with Electronics Parking System (EPS) to accept CEPAS-compliant cards for hourly-parking:
The Land Transport (LTA) introduced the dual-mode In-vehicle Unit (IU) for motorcycles in 2008 and for cars, taxi and other vehicles in 2009. The dual-mode IU allows the use of the existing NETS CashCard and CEPAS-compliant cards such as NETS FlashPay and the CEPAS ez-link cards, for parking payments at EPS carparks that support the CEPAS standard.
We are in the midst of upgrading our existing EPS carpark system to accept the CEPAS-complaiant cards. It is expected to be implement in the 3rd-4th quarter of the year!
