Lucky Plaza comprising a total of 506 Parking Lots from 4th to 8th Storey.

After a long wait, the existing EPS carpark system had been upgraded to accept the CEPAS-compliant cards to serves you better. Now, with the dual-mode IU allows the use of the existing NETS CashCard and CEPAS-compliant cards such as NETS FlashPay and the CEPAS ez-link cards, for parking payments at EPS carparks that support the CEPAS standard.

Upon exit, kindly ensure the NETs CashCard, CEPAS Card or Auto Pass (for foreign vehicle) with sufficient funds is inserted into the IU. Parking fee will be deducted automatically as the vehicle leaves the car park. Top-up services is available at all ATMs and 7-Eleven within Lucky Plaza.

(I) HOURLY Parking Rates:

Mon - Sat (0700 till 1659) Sun (0700 till 2159) (APPLIED for public holidays that fall on Sunday)	- $1.93 for 1st hour - $1.28 for subsequent ½ hour
Mon - Sat (1700 till 0659) Sun (2200 till 0659)	- $3.38 per entry
Public Holiday (0700 - 0659) (DO NOT APPLIED public holidays that fall on Sunday)	- $4.00 per entry

(II) SEASON Parking Rates:

1 Month	- $149.80 per month
4 Months and above	- $128.40 per month

- For new applicant(s), a non-refundable Admin fee of $21.40 is applicable.
- All the above rates include 7% GST.
